Need aot sub pkg in version 9.

Template is aslo cleaned up and sub pkgs are done.
renamed dotnet9-netstandard-targeting-pack to dotnet9-netstandard-pack to have shorter name. (done the same for the dotnet8 template too)

Can I press ready for review now? Just genuinely curious question coz it is showing as Draft but it it pretty much done(I think).

No we generally don't accept new packages that are restricted to a single architecture unless they are architecture dependent.

Thanks for letting me know. I have read somewhere that void build server uses cross compiling for building packages for other architectures. Does it still true?
Edit: nvm. found the answer in discussion section.
