We should bump wgpu and vello at same time (to avoid duplicates). Also bumping wgpu requires updating WebGPU expectations which is a bit tricky. I also usually check regressions and report them upstream. I planned to wait for #38717 and then do the update. |

Vello has updated to wgpu v26 recently. It might be a good time for servo to update as well. This PR should wait for #39015 and #38717
