Just to confirm, do we want this super block to have a flat structure (block based) or a multi-level one? I thought the plan was to keep sections nested, but I haven't been in the curriculum dev loop.
If we're going with a multi-level structure, I think this super block should be chapter-based (like FSD and FSO) as it includes both HTML and CSS.
