Since you were not able to run tests in incognito/private mode with Karma at BrowserStack (#560) you might want to consider the following solution that depends on Selenium and BrowserStack.
I'm not sure what a complete test runner you meant in #563 (comment) but I think that my solution could be a good starting point.
