I provide steps to create a systemd timer that updates everyday proxy-multi.conf file

It's possible that the correct file name should be MTProxy-multiUpdater.timer

After enabling maybe it is a good idea just start the timer right away
systemctl start MTProxy-multiUpdater.timer
