This release of the Maps Datasets API adds support for dataset versions. In previous releases, you could only upload data to a dataset once. Now you can upload new data to a dataset to create a new version of the dataset.
The initial Preview release of the Maps Datasets API included endpoint URLs that contained /v1alpha. Those endpoints have been removed. You must use the endpoint URLs that contain /v1 for API calls.
The Preview release of the Maps Datasets API is now available. For information about this release, and for all previous releases, see the Release Notes or subscribe to the Release Notes XML feed.
