Describe the bug

changing any of the settings-->ui settings changes it back when you click save.
If you navigate away from the settings without saving, the setting stays as configured.

To Reproduce

1. go to settings-->ui
2. Chane a ui setting
3. click save

Setting is turned back off.
If you do the same steps, but instead of saving in step 3 you navigate to another page in zwave-js UI, and click "yes" on the "unsaved settings do you want to leave" dialog, the setting stays on.

Expected behavior

Clicking save makes the setting save correctly.

Additional context

tested in firefox 141.0.2 on fedora, both embedded in the Home assistant ui as as it's own page in the browser
