Steps to reproduce

Emoji background color picker not displayed correctly (related to #29715)

1. Open a channel or group settings.
2. Set an emoji as the profile icon.
3. Open the background color picker.

Expected behaviour

• The color picker should display a proper palette of colors to choose from.

Actual behaviour

• The color picker UI is broken/incomplete.
• Some color options are missing or not displayed properly.
