Cannot update reactions list with turned on paid reactions #29711

Steps to reproduce
I turned on paid reactions for my channel a while ago. Now I want to add some new free reactions to the list, but cannot do that because of the error "An error occurred, please try again later.". The only way to update the reactions list is to disable paid reactions. I did disable them and now I can't enable them back.
Expected behaviour
An ability to disable and enable paid reactions.
Actual behaviour
It's impossible to enable paid reactions back which were turned on and off a while ago.
