When I open voice call settings in app, with AirPods Pro plugged in, I listen a lot of loud noises, sound scratches and glitches (I get off headphones it that moments, because I feel ty may be dangeous for hearing).

And I going to settings in this case, because mic is dont work. I have to use voice calls with iOS app only.
