I assume those are devices with randomized MACs.

There are a few things you can do:

2. Mass Delete devices: https://jokob-sk.github.io/NetAlertX/DEVICES_BULK_EDITING/?h=multi
3. Setting up auto deletion rules via workflows: https://jokob-sk.github.io/NetAlertX/WORKFLOWS/?h=workfl#example-action
