Hot Restart and "Key not found in keychain" driving me crazy #30294

Have you downloaded the AuthKey and put it in a secure place? You need to do some linking there if I'm not wrong. Also deleting obj and bin and restoring the solution might help |

I have the AuthKey downloaded because I needed to upload it.. where is says private key and I have deleted the obj and bin multiple times.. its just crazy!

It's weird that it's not working... Did you buy the license today or something? Because for me it took almost a day to get the key activated by apple. |

Nope I have had the licence for ages - may be bcse I did upgrade to the latest visual studio I might have to rollback hmmm - is there a def guide step by step of what you do - just having doubts if a missed something and even manual does not work says it cannot find the wildcard but all is is there on the apple portal - does vscode works with an Intel Mac ? Just fed up of it all - spent 6 hours today - |

What I did it's exactly what's on this guide: Deploy an iOS app using hot restart. Last time that I did it was a few years ago so I had to check it again a few days back when I started with a new app and it worked without any problems |

I now have a valid "Created via Api" in the tools -AppleAccount - etc.. - this was fixed by "Create certificate iOS Develoment" as soon as you filled in that popup screen for the api key however even though I have "downloaded all profile" when launching any app or even a new one is says it cannot find the profile.! why??? what have i missed now |

You are running Visual Studio on Windowss and then running command/debugging on Mac? Mace sure MAC has these certificates as well. More info in official documentation. Sub page of this documentation - Publish a .NET MAUI app for iOS is also good for reading. |

I am in a loop and all I do does not seem to work, I m using Windows 11 to connect an physical iPhone device. but I have checked everything I can think of but still nothing
I have also deleted
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Xamarin\iOS\Provisioning
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Xamarin\iOS\Caches
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Xamarin\iOS\OSVersionList.json
%TEMP%\Xamarin\HotRestart
and done again .
Nightmare!!
I have also manually loaded the certs into windows cert store..
What Am I missing?
grateful for any suggestions
