Bug description

when autosave happens the project get corrupted

Steps to reproduce

1. save project
2. edit the project (don't manually save it, make it dirty state, needing save)
3. wait for autosave to kick in (around 2 min)
4. see the auto save corrupting the project

Expected behavior

project get saved as if manually saved

Actual behavior

project get corrupted
