The major part of multi-platform way is support Vulkan. We now have a some code that theoretically will works, but we must support stable version of Vulkan.

Expected

1. Has a trait that will add Vulkan dependency to a AdaEngine target
2. Can build and run via MoltenVK or Volk on macOS target.
