My phone is restarting by itself

I had a battery change to a new one. I bring up fabric settings, then I tried to install newest IOS, but my phone was turning off and on with the Apple logo. It was happening after every like 4-5 minutes. What can I do?

Apple give a 3 month warranty on such repairs,

If it wasn't Apple who replaced the battery then the third party repair shop may have fitted a fake battery or even damaged the wiring. Apple will not help in that instance.
