iPad Pro 5th generation not verifying for Cash App

5th gen pro 12.9- won’t verify me for cash app and i’ve had the app before. Was wondering if an update maybe changed a setting, or some crazy strange stuff that happens me. Any help much appreciated. it goes through whole process with dr li. and facial pic then just says can’t verify pic. i mean wth. thx
